President needs our help
To the editor:
It is nice to have a president who thinks, feels, adds human qualities to the job and get things done.
On his recent trips to Cuba and Argentina I am certain he attempted to heal wounds. He soon will head to Saudi Arabia, an area where we have many problems with relationships.That entire geographic area is a ticking time bomb. He (Mr. Obama) needs our help.
While on the subject of the world’s problems I must mention the Pope’s actions. The Pope has done much to communicate these worldly issues that need resolution. He mildly scolded our Congress.
No religion is free of the charge of inaction. In the African-American community there is famous saying about religions, “stealing in the name of God.” This applies to most religions.
