The scales of justice are out of whack

To the editor:

It’s obvious again that the Clintons are not treated by the justice system in the same way that all Americans are.

With thousands of confidential emails treated recklessly by Hillary Clinton, and, no doubt, she placed America at risk, Mrs. Clinton, without question, committed a crime and should have been indicted. It was a sad example of politics at its worst and the reason why Americans are fed up with a system that constantly favors the elite and uses its muscle only when the average American breaks the law.

Simply put, Hillary broke the law and there were no consequences. First, Bill Clinton met with the attorney general. Anyone that believes that they met by accident and talked only about golf and grand children is as dumb as a rock. Obviously, during this bad faith get together, Mr. Clinton and the attorney general discussed ways to get Hillary off the hook.

Then president Obama signaled to the FBI director, by campaigning with Mrs. Clinton, that he expects the FBI to also let Mrs. Clinton “off the hook.”

Finally, the FBI director stepped to the microphone and babbled a litany of the Hillary behavior, all of which would have led to an indictment of any other perpetrator.

He scolded Mrs. Clinton.

He characterized her actions, relating to thousands of emails, as reckless and dumb.

And then he refused to recommend an indictment.

Shame on the FBI director. Giving Mrs. Clinton a pass, after she placed America at risk, reduces respect for this extraordinary organization and is another indication that because of the Clintons’ influence we remain drowning in our officials’ incompetency.

Mrs. Clinton as, God forbid, president would turn America into an absolute den of inequity where fairness and morality will be no longer a part of the American fabric. We simply can’t let that happen if we continue to expect God to bless America.

Mrs. Clinton has been established as a reckless liar, pompous, arrogant and care-less with the safety of America. Sad that the Democrats are supporting this low- grade individual.
