Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce celebrates graduation of 2025 Leadership program class

The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrates the graduation of the 2025 Leadership Fort Myers Class, honoring a cohort of exceptional professionals who have demonstrated commitment, courage, and dedication to strengthening their community.

The graduates completed the Chamber’s immersive leadership program, a comprehensive journey designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the region’s most critical issues while helping them build meaningful connections with community leaders, local organizations, and peers from diverse industries. Through hands-on learning across topics such as education, health care, economic development, government operations, environmental stewardship, and nonprofit service, participants explored what it truly means to lead in Southwest Florida.

The 2025 Leadership Fort Myers graduating class includes:

• Jennifer Abrams – Lake Michigan Credit Union

• Natalie Crespo – Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida

• Rick Fritz – McKinnis Roofing and Sheet Metal of Florida LLC

• Kaleb Gerald – Trinity Commercial Group

• Natalie Hendry – Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre

• John Lehman – Busey Wealth Management

• Laura Marsh – Sanibel Captiva Community Bank

• Melanie Ross-Martinez – Children’s Network of Southwest Florida

• Iris Serrano – HBKS Wealth Advisors

• Amy Triana – Lee Health

• Chris Verrill – Florida Repertory Theatre

• Milena Weston – Children’s Advocacy Center of SWFL, Inc.

• Weston Wiles – Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings

Each graduate received a Certificate of Completion, which recognizes them as members of the Greater Fort Myers Leadership Class of 2025 and acknowledges their “understanding of the issues and challenges facing the area and a willingness to assume civic leadership to advance the region and improve its quality of life.”
