Hooters in Cape Coral, Naples and Bradenton to celebrate Rock, Paper, Scissors Day Aug. 27
Rock, Paper, Scissors is considered one of the most iconic hand games in the world. For that reason, the Bradenton, Cape Coral Hooters and Naples Hooters locations are hosting fun filled celebrations for kids, teens and adults in honor of World Rock Paper Scissors Day on Thursday, Aug. 27, starting at 6 p.m.
Festivities at these three locations include the chance to win cool prizes and raise funds for local organizations.
The celebration will include rock, paper, scissors contests for three age groups: 12 and under category – winner will win free kid’s meals (one per week) for a year and all participants will receive a gift bag; 13 to 17-year-old category – will win a VIP table for the winner and five friends for the upcoming Hooters Calendar signings; and the 18 and older category winner will receive wings for a year (10 free wings per week for 52 weeks). It is free to participate, just sign up at the restaurant on Aug. 27.
Twenty percent of food and beverage sales will be donated to local organizations — just mention the Friendraiser to your server.
The participating restaurants’ donations will benefit:
• Cape Coral Hooters, 3120 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, funds will go to Cape Coral High School.
• Naples Hooters, 3625 Gateway Lane, Naples, funds will go to Collier County 100 Club, which helps financially assist first responders and their families in time of tragedy.
• Bradenton Hooters, 4908 14th St., W., Bradenton, funds will go to Suncoast Aqua Ventures.
