I-75 at Daniels Parkway interchange overnight ramp closures scheduled for July 20-22
The Florida Department of Transporatation has announced that during the nighttime/overnight hours of 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Monday, July 20, Tuesday, July 21, and Wednesday, July 22, motorists should expect the southbound I-75 off-ramp to be closed at Daniels Parkway (exit 131) for crews to work on striping and the installation and testing of wrong-way detection devices.
During the closures, motorists may exit I-75 at Colonial Boulevard (exit 136) or continue to exit at Alico Road (exit 128) and follow local roads to Daniels Parkway.
Motorists are advised to use extra caution and follow the posted detour routes or find alternative routes.
Law enforcement will be onsite to assist motorists during the closures. These activities are subject to change based on weather conditions and unforeseen conditions.
