The eConnect permit portal for Lee County Department of Community Development (DCD), Department of Transportation (DOT), Natural Resources, and the Lee Utilities Department (LCU), will be offline from 5 p.m. Friday, May 16, until 7 a.m. Monday, May 19, for technical upgrades. The services impacted during the outage period will include filing new submittals, downloading permits and plans, uploading documents and plans, making payments, viewing record details and status, and scheduling inspections.
